Wondering where you can charge your EV when you come to Maleny, we have you covered.
Finding the Chargers in Maleny
Most EV owners use the PlugShare app to locate chargers — all of Maleny’s stations are listed there, so it’s worth downloading the app before you arrive.
A quick note on plugs: Type 2 refers to the socket on the charging lead itself. Most EV owners carry their own Type 2 lead, and it’s worth having one, since some chargers require it (see below).

Quick Tips
- Download PlugShare and the Elanga app before you arrive in town.
- Carry your own Type 2 lead if you can — it’ll save you relying on shop hours.
- The Elanga chargers are your best bet for a proper fast top-up; the Woolworths and Showgrounds plugs are really just for slow, opportunistic charging.
